Usages of Corrugated Plastic Packaging Boards.
(1) Made into various packaging boxes
The corrugated plastic box includes parts corrugated plastic box,
food and beverage packaging box, vegetable and fruit packaging box,
pesticide packaging box, inner packaging box of precision
instruments, etc. The size, style and load-bearing of the box can
be flexibly designed according to customer needs and can be
designed in a folded style or reinforced style, it can be designed
without a cover or with a cover. No need to open mold.
(2) Plastic layer pads
The corrugated plastic packaging boards are waterproof and
moisture-proof, anti-aging and corrosion-resistant, and can be
recycled and used repeatedly. The number of uses is more than 30
times that of cardboard. Therefore, many industries use coroplast
sheets as backing plates or partitions to prevent friction and
collision between products during product transportation.
The thickness of the commonly used plastic layer pads is 3-5mm. The
plastic layer pads for pallets can be designed to the same size as
the pallet, which is more tidy and convenient for packaging and
recycling. The surrounding backing plate of the bottle holder
industry can be sealed. While processing, it is more
environmentally friendly and easier to clean. Hollow board
materials are also used for storage boxes, luggage back panels, and
baby carriage pads.
