Description of Fire Retardant Correx Sheets:
(1)Fire retardant correx sheets are also called fireproof corrugated plastic sheets. It is a correx sheet with a flame-retardant effect by adding flame retardant to PP polypropylene raw material through extrusion molding. Usually, the fire retardant correx sheet is divided into three grades, V2, V1, V0. The flame-retardant corrugated plastic sheets can automatically extinguish after leaving the fire source and will not become a fire-inducing material.
(2) At the same time, other performance indicators of fire retardant correx sheets must also meet the technical indicators of the ordinary boards.
The flame-retardant correx board has the characteristics of lightweight, non-toxic, non-polluting, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and rich colors like ordinary hollow boards. And it has high flexural, aging, tensile, compression and tear strength, and different colors can be customized according to needs.
Fire rating of fire retardant correx sheets
(1) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof corrugated plastic hollow sheets, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. There may be hollow boards burning off, this is a V2 flame retardant hollow board.
(2) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof correx sheets, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. There can be no burning material falling from the hollow board, this is a V1 flame retardant hollow board.
(3) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof coroplast sheets, the flame goes out within 30 seconds. There can be no burning material falling from the hollow board. This is a V0-level flame-retardant coroplast sheet and the highest-level flame-retardant coroplast sheet.
